T0G Nexus Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, downloading, installing, or using any T0G Nexus service, website, dashboard, software, Discord bot, overlay, API, application, or related product ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use T0G Nexus Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age or the minimum age required by your local laws to use the Services.
By using T0G Nexus Services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Services
T0G Nexus provides software, Discord bots, overlays, dashboards, streaming tools, tournament systems, utility tools, and related digital services.
T0G Nexus may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature at any time without prior notice.
Some features may be marked Coming Soon, in testing, beta, or released in stages.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information current.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features may require payment.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
All fees are charged in advance.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
T0G Nexus does not store full payment card details.
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of service access.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the T0G Nexus Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are final.
Cancellation of a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not violate any applicable law.
- Do not harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Do not distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful software.
- Do not interfere with service operation.
- Do not abuse APIs, bots, dashboards, or platform resources.
- Do not use T0G Nexus Services in violation of Discord, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, or other third-party platform rules.
8. Third-Party Services
T0G Nexus may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to Discord, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, Stripe, PayPal, Google, and other providers.
T0G Nexus is not responsible for platform outages, API changes, service restrictions, account suspensions, platform policy changes, or loss of functionality caused by third-party providers.
Changes made by third-party services may affect T0G Nexus functionality without notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All T0G Nexus branding, logos, software, code, designs, graphics, documentation, and content remain the property of T0G Nexus unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, modify, or reproduce T0G Nexus materials without written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
T0G Nexus Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
T0G Nexus makes no warranties regarding availability, uptime, reliability, error-free operation, data retention, compatibility, performance, or results.
Use of the Services is entirely at the user's own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
T0G Nexus shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost viewers, lost subscribers, lost donations, missed broadcasts, business interruption, data loss, reputation damage, service outages, bugs, API failures, hosting failures, or third-party platform actions.
Under no circumstances shall T0G Nexus be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
The maximum liability of T0G Nexus shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
T0G Nexus may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for terms violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, security threats, harassment, illegal activity, or abuse of Services.
Termination may occur with or without notice.
13. Privacy
Collection and use of information are governed by the T0G Nexus Privacy Policy available at /legal/privacy-policy.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless T0G Nexus, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws, or your violation of third-party rights.
15. Changes to These Terms
T0G Nexus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law principles.
