T0G Nexus services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

T0G Nexus makes no guarantee regarding uptime, availability, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, performance, data retention, compatibility, or future functionality.

T0G Nexus Shall Not Be Liable For

• Lost revenue
• Lost profits
• Lost subscribers
• Lost viewers
• Lost donations
• Missed streams
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Reputation damage
• Third-party platform actions
• Service outages
• Software bugs
• API failures
• Hosting failures

Under no circumstances shall T0G Nexus, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

The maximum liability of T0G Nexus for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
