T0G Nexus Refund Policy

All purchases made through T0G Nexus are considered final unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed by Stripe. T0G Nexus does not store full payment card details.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of T0G Nexus.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For

• Partial use of a subscription period
• User error or misconfiguration
• Failure to understand product features before purchase
• Temporary outages or maintenance periods
• Third-party platform issues (Discord, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, etc.)
• Account suspensions caused by user actions

T0G Nexus reserves the right to deny refund requests where abuse, fraud, chargeback threats, or policy violations are suspected.
